By using the products and services of pano pro™Ltd you accept the following terms of business:
1. Prices
The prices indicated on the Site are in US Dollars unless otherwise stated.
Prices exclude all taxes and delivery charges. Charges for the chosen
delivery method are indicated during the product selection and are invoiced
at the end of the order in addition to the price of the products. We reserve
the right to modify our prices at any time but will apply the current
rates as indicated to you on the site at the time the order was placed.
2. Refunds
pano pro™Ltd guarantees the product against faulty workmanship or materials
for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. This guarantee does
not cover the abnormal use or non-conforming usage of products nor faults
caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear. The only
event that a refund will be given is when the above terms are satisfied
and the product is found to malfunction after inspection of the returned
item by pano pro™Ltd. The cost of returning goods is the responsibility
of the purchaser. If the product is found to be faulty in accordance with
the above terms then a replacement will be provided together with a refund
of the postage for returning the goods. Alternatively at pano pro™Ltd
discretion a full refund including postage will be made. This guarantee
only covers products purchased from the pano-pro.com or pano-fun.com web
site. Proof of purchase will be needed in the event of any refund.
3. Deliveries
All deliveries will be completed within 28 days of funds being transferred
from the users account, However pano pro™Ltd will endeavor to have goods
delivered within 8 working days.
4. Cancellations
The goods must be returned at the customer's expense with all accessories,
packaging, instructions, etc and must be in unused condition "Sales
in Britain are protected by Cancellation rights (Under the Consumer Protection
(Distance Selling) Regulations 2000)"
5. Uploading
Upon transfer of users virtual photos or still photos to the web server
(putting their photos live), the client accepts full responsibility for
the whole content of the online photo, and any grievances, arising as
result of this content, will be the sole responsibility of the user. pano pro™Ltd will take no responsibility what so ever. Additionally, pano pro™Ltd will take no responsibility, what so ever, for the content of third
party websites where links have been placed on the clients website, to
link to these photos or virtual photos.
5. Viruses
pano pro™Ltd cannot be held responsible for any virus that may be passed
on to any computer from the web server, or by email. pano pro™Ltd will
not be held responsible for any loss or theft of data from a clients PC
- it is advised that a suitable security software package is sourced and
installed, and this is the responsibility of the client.
7. Security
Though pano pro™takes security extremely seriously. pano pro™Ltd cannot
guarantee web server security, and cannot be held responsible for any
loss, or misuse by third parties, of any data that is captured and/or
stored on the web-server, even using SSL encryption or 'Actinic' based
encryption.
8. Adult content
No illicit or pornographic material is allowed on any web site hosted
on behalf of pano pro™Ltd. pano pro™Ltd will inform the relevant authorities
if any such material is discovered.
9. Export restrictions
There are no known export restrictions on any pano pro™Ltd products.
10. Accuracy of information.
All information provided on this site was believed to be correct as of
14th May 2007. pano pro™Ltd will offer no refund for claims made as a
result of information that is proven to be incorrect but will endeavor
to correct such information as soon as it becomes known.
