Tips for taking photos.
1. Use the highest megapixel setting on your camera. Anything from 6 Megapixel upwards is recommended.
2. As with taking any photograph try to be as steady as possible. Use a tripod or lean against a wall.
3. Cameras will always struggle when its dark. It is therefore best to try and avoid dark shots. Take photos indoors where faces are well lit and the curtains are open. Turn on lights as necessary.
4. Always disable flash on your camera.
5. Consult our camera section to see if there are detailed descriptions on how to get the best from your camera.
Getting creative.
In addition to using the mirror lens to create great virtual moments and get panoramic photos, you can also make great perspective adjustment photos. Click the image to see an example. Thanks to the unique properties of the lens you can distort perspective in a whole new way, rather than just zooming and panning.

Do I have to buy the publishing software or does it have any limitations? |
The
Pano Publisher is a free software that comes with the Pano Pro™and soon with the Pano Fun™. There are no limitations on the software.
We recommend using the Pro upgrade on "Flickr", with our free
"Flickr" plug in, to make the best of your virtual moments.
"Flickr" will charge you around $20 per annum but you can still
share virtual moments without "Flickr". To read more click here. |

Will it work with my camera, it does not have a detachable lens? |
Using
our universal
adapter the lens can attach to any camera that has a small
tripod screw hole on the bottom, which most cameras do. The mirror will
then mount in front of the camera lens where you take a photo of the mirror. |

Do
I need to know about creating web pages or programming to get my virtual
moments online? |

software can be fully automatic and providing you have a free "Flickr"
account the software can automatically upload to it as if you were uploading
normal photos. If you are a web programmer our software outputs all the standard formats such as equirectangular and .mov. |

Is the mirror made from glass or plastic? |
The
mirror is made to Aerospace quality glass. Its taken 8 years to develop
an affordable way to produce a mirror of this size and quality. We believe

Do
I have to use Flickr to host the images? |
You can use your own hosting service. Our software outputs all the standard formats such as mov, equirectangular jpg, cubic strip and cube faces so that you can play these directly on your own web site with any virtual tour flash player such as our Flash Panorama Player. |
